Team Leaders Programme
This module of the Team Leaders Programme will focus on providing clear direction for delegates in exploring leadership and the MPS values and behaviours for the first time. Moreover, delegates will explore the skills and behaviours required for leading successful teams, developing a deeper understanding of leadership in an organisational context. This module will provide delegates with the skills, behaviours and understanding to deliver values based leadership as ambassadors for organisational change.

Future development
Police Officers and Police staff that have responsibility for staff will attend the Leading Our People modules.Police staff without line management responsibility will proceed to post (or specialist course).

Five days non-residential module currently delivered at the Leadership Academy, Hendon.
